Comcast Tech Support Guy falls asleep while on hold for an hour with his own company's customer service line. Unfortunately, Comcast didn't take kindly to one of their employees sleeping on the job and fired the engineer, even though it was probably their damn hold music that did it. Something about this story just isn't fair.
