A plumber from West Hoathly took a leak into a vase and poured it into the hot water tank - how disgusting. What's worse is that we had this same guy in OUR house a while ago, to try to fix our shower. He wanted to charge us £1000! We got a second opinion, which came to just £50 plus parts (that only needed replacing because the first plumber damaged it).

He blames the sound of running water and bright lights, thankfully he was caught on camera this time, but has he done it in other houses?
