Looks like Movable Type 3.1 is due soon, and judging by the upcoming features on top of all the new ones included in the Developer releases of 3.x so far, it looks like it'll outdo all the competition, hands down.

The 2 features I am most looking forward to are: Dynamic PHP publishing and the Notifier.

I can't wait!
